WRRC Work Party
August 24, 2013 @ 9:30 am - 3:00 pm
Free
We will have donuts and coffee first thing, and pizza and cold drinks for lunch. Please feel free to share this email with your WRI and VIPER friends.
Weather permitting, we will be unloading building materials, removing debris and clearing/landscaping of the areas near the Bat Houses and Caretaker’s Residence. Wear a hat and light clothing, bring gloves and appropriate tools if you have them to use.
We have cut the grass and sprayed for ticks, and these efforts appear to have worked, but due to the fact that we will be working near a heavily wooded area, we are asking that volunteers not bring small children nor any pets and stay within the designated work areas. If you are interested in being a team leader let us know when you RSVP.
